About the Client Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit that teaches mindset, leadership, emotional intelligence, and financial literacy to teens and young adults. They work with schools, universities, and corporate partners, and they are building a digital app to bring their curriculum to students at scale. They need a dependable owner to keep the app stable, updated, and well managed as it grows. Why does this role exist? Our client’s digital app carries their curriculum to students, and it is built and supported by a small team, volunteers, and a pro bono tech partner. They need a consistent owner who can coordinate between the curriculum team, the tech partners, and the app stores. This role exists to keep releases and monthly updates smooth, to triage issues quickly, and to free the team to focus on the students they serve.
The Impact you’ll make App Onboarding & Process Documentation Learn the existing Replit (or similar low-code) setup and current app workflows Document processes, release steps, and handoffs so the app never depends on one person Maintain a living playbook that the team can follow Release & Update Coordination Turn curriculum changes into clear update requests for the tech resources Manage the release calendar and monthly update cycle Track changes and confirm updates are tested and ready before launch App Store Management Handle App Store submissions, and later Google Play submissions Update basic metadata and content, such as descriptions, screenshots, and release notes Monitor reviews, ratings, and review status, and respond to store feedback as directed Issue Triage & Routing Collect and log user reports, feedback, and bugs Prioritize issues and route them quickly to the right tech lead, co-founder, or external developer Follow up until each issue is resolved and the reporter is updated Cross-Team Communication & AI-Assisted Workflow Serve as the communication bridge between curriculum, program, tech, and legal contacts Use AI tools (such as Claude) to draft documentation, summarize issues, and speed up coordination Keep email, calendar, and tracking organized and up to date
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Hands-on experience with Replit, even on personal projects, or with another low-code/no-code app platform ( Experience coordinating releases, updates, or projects with a calendar or change log Exposure to App Store or Google Play operations (submissions, metadata, reviews) Comfort using AI tools such as Claude in daily work Proven experience as a project coordinator, operations assistant, or EA working with technical teams Your superpowers are... Technical skills Replit or other low-code/no-code platforms (Bubble, Glide, Adalo, FlutterFlow, Softr, etc.) App Store Connect and Google Play Console basics Release planning, change calendars, and trackers Bug and issue triage, logging, and routing AI tools (Claude and similar) for documentation, drafting, and workflow support Email, calendar, and documentation tools Soft skills Strong ownership mindset Proactive, clear communicator between technical and non-technical people Organized and detail-oriented with deadlines and release steps Comfortable learning technical concepts without being a developer Aligned with a nonprofit mission and care for teens WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. Internet speed of at least 40MBPS Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam Back-up computer and internet connection Quiet, dedicated workspace at home You should apply if...
