This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling technical recruiting function focused on hiring exceptional engineering and product talent across North America. You will operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership, helping shape how technical teams are built from the ground up. The environment is highly collaborative, product-led, and data-informed, with a strong emphasis on quality of hire over volume. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior and staff-level technical roles, working across engineering and adjacent disciplines such as product, design, and data. This is a high-impact role where you will influence hiring strategy, candidate experience, and recruiting systems as the organization continues to scale rapidly.
