Technical Specialist (Augmented)

Install PC’s and related hardware while maintaining inventory levels with current accepted equipment. Investigate hardware problems and perform system hardware and network connection repairs. Perform basic diagnostic testing. Install corporate software. Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues. Assist users with remote access basic needs. Expected to align personal goals with the Mission, Vision, and values of OVEC/IKEC.
