Main deliverables and Goals : Create and maintain product manuals and provide technical solutions and other support to SSU’s technical request Main responsibilities: Create and maintain product manuals including User Manual, Installation Manual, Technical Manual, Spare Parts Manual and Recycling Manual. Participate new product project development and create product manuals and follow up other service tasks Participate engineering changes team to evaluate the changes and update product manuals as well as following up other service tasks Edit short service instructions to support SSU’s field issues Provide technical solutions to support SSU’s technical request Assist products technical training Other duties assigned by Technical Service Manager Qualification requirement: University education or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is expected, electrical engineering and automation is much preferred. Technical knowledge of automation, PLC and HMI is much preferred.
