Your mission Develop, maintain, and improve work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality production. Organize training materials and support onboarding and skill development of production teams. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow performance. Support daily production and collaborate with teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements. Your Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (lithography, laser systems, or precision equipment is a plus) Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills Experience with work instructions and training material development Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Why us?
