More information : www.keyes.eu ABOUT THE MISSION In collaboration with our various teams, you are responsible for the functional and technical analysis of projects. In this role, your responsibilities include: Estimating the analysis effort required for projects and features. Providing the logical and technical design of IT solutions. Describing data flows and application processes . Gathering and consolidating information across the different components of the system. Monitoring and testing developments. Maintaining regular communication with both clients and developers. Demonstrating expertise in methodologies such as UML , Agile Scrum , and Enterprise Architect . Documenting user stories and changes to existing processes. Supporting the collection and prioritization of business requirements . Hybrid working opportunities (2 to 3 days of remote work per week). #LI-CV1 YOUR PROFILE : Technical Skills You hold a bachelor's degree or have strong technical experience in software development . You are familiar with JSON/XML data formats , API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, WSDL), SOAP/REST , SQL , and HTTP(S) protocols . You have at least 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst . You have solid experience in testing activities , particularly in a Test Analyst role. You have proven experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment . You are proficient in modeling languages and standards such as UML and BPMN . You have a good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence . Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) is considered an asset. Interpersonal Skills You demonstrate excellent resilience and are comfortable working on analyses involving complex legacy technologies (mainframe environments) , while maintaining a structured and pragmatic approach . You possess a strong analytical and critical mindset , with the ability to take a high-level view while diving into details when necessary . You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams . You are comfortable facilitating meetings, workshops, and client presentations . Solution-oriented , you stay focused on objectives and organize your work effectively to meet deadlines . Fluency in French is required, along with a good command of English . Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
