Test Engineer (PS-CC –Connector)

1. Test planning & Project support for new project Support the preparation of validation test plans for connectors, LSR, and terminal crimping. Prepare and maintain 4M change documentation for new projects, new test methods, and laboratory process changes in the QMM laboratory. Monitor the establishment, implementation, and execution of test methods to ensure readiness for new project launches. 2. New test bench and Fixture release Support the design and development of new test benches and fixtures for new test methods and new project requirements. Coordinate and monitor the development, validation, and release of new test benches and fixtures to ensure on-time project implementation. Verify and validate new test benches and fixtures to ensure compliance with internal standards and product validation requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to fixture design, validation, and release. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and summarize validation test results for new test methods and support ECR activities. Prepare validation reports and technical documentation. Prepare, maintain, and monitor test result visualizations and performance dashboards. Support data analysis and reporting for product validation and laboratory activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. At least 3 years of work experience in Test Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering with customer interface. Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management. Knowledge of basic drawing and test specification. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements. Knowledge of data visualization tools and dashboards. Project management skill is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good communication skills in English.
