TEST Fixed Term CSR

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team in Hamilton, New Zealand, on a fixed-term contract basis. As a TEST Fixed Term CSR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organisation whilst developing your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns with empathy and patience Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements • Support the team in meeting customer service targets and key performance indicators • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery Follow company policies and procedures whilst maintaining professional standards at all times • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the broader team • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong people skills and ability to build rapport with customers • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgement • Proficiency in time keeping and organisational skills • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction • Desirable experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar software • Desirable knowledge of conflict resolution techniques • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities Everyone’s journey is different.
