Thermoplastic Specialist

Your responsibilities This position is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support or the plastic additives business, including product testing and evaluation, formulation development and optimization, and lab operation and management. EHS Compliance: Strictly adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety(EHS) standards across all lab operations, testing procedures, and business travel. Ensure safe handling of chemicals, proper operation of processing equipment, and compliance with corporate safety regulations. Technical Support. Product Testing & Evaluation. Lab operation and management. Your profile Maser's or Ph.D.'s degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science or related fields. Bachelor's degrees with solid , relevant industry experience will also be considered. More than 5 years of proven experience in the plastic polymerization or compounding, color masterbatch or thermoplastic additive industry, in R&D or Application Technology positions.
