Job description
Your job: Organize, administer, and coordinate trainings, learning programs and strategic learning initiatives (e.g. Fit for Change, Train the Trainer, Global Learning Week, Cyber Security Month). Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, program logistics, and documentation throughout the program lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a seamless learning experience. Ensure a high-quality participant experience across all learning events and programs. Gather participant feedback and support the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives. Your qualification: Very good English (B2-C1) and good German language skills (B1), both written and verbal. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously (e.g., organizing events, workshops, conferences, and networking activities). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality participant experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes accurately. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems.
