Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,881-$1,892 per week - Guaranteed hours: 48 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts - Start date: 08/17/2026 - Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital inpatient behavioral health unit Responsibilities - Deliver direct nursing care to adolescent patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting using the nursing process. - Collect relevant data, monitor status, and analyze assessment findings to inform care planning. -Develop, implement, and evaluate a patient-centered plan of care in coordination with the multidisciplinary team. - Administer medications per orders, monitor for adverse effects, and maintain accurate documentation. - Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and support continuity of care. - Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, and respond to behavioral health crises according to policy. - Collaborate with mental health technicians and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
