Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,098–$2,241 per week - Guaranteed hours: 48 per week - Contract duration: 8 weeks - Shift: 3x12 night shifts - Start date: 08/17/2026 - Setting: Short-term acute care hospital ER Responsibilities - Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards and the nursing process. - Collect relevant data, assess conditions, analyze information, and develop care plans. - Implement interventions, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment; supervise and direct activities of nursing staff as assigned. - Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and adjust care as needed; collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team. - Document care and treatment accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC and Cerner systems) and participate in discharge planning and patient education.
