Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,744–$1,808 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights, 3x12 - Start date: 08/24/2026 - Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital ER Responsibilities - Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process. - Supervise and direct activities of varying levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines. - Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, develop a care plan, implement interventions, and evaluate progress toward outcomes. - Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care; provide education as needed. - Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team. - Maintain safe care environments and advocate for patient needs while utilizing clinical judgment and critical thinking. Requirements - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California) required. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; CPR as applicable per policy. - ACLS (AHA or ARC) required; PALS (AHA or ARC) required. - At least two years of recent ER or acute care experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER setting.
