We are seeking a adaptable, highly skilled Travel RN to join a collaborative labor and delivery / women’s health unit. This position primarily covers Night Shift , with occasional flexibility needed for Day Shift coverage. If you thrive in fast-paced women’s health settings and value scheduling flexibility, we’d love to have you on our team! What You’ll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to obstetrical and gynecological patients across triage, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecological surgery units. Monitor fetal heart rates, manage high-risk labor conditions, and assist physicians during procedures and deliveries. Adapt quickly to unit protocols, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and multi-disciplinary care teams. Maintain flexibility to float within women's services or transition to occasional day shifts as unit census dictates. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care experience in OB/GYN or Labor & Delivery (L&D). Licensure: Active RN license in [State] or active Multistate/Compact RN License. Certifications (Must be active): BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (preferred) Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working nights with openness to occasional day shifts as needed. Travel Experience: Prior travel nursing experience preferred, but strong travelers looking for their 1st contract are welcome!
