Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,222–$2,401 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0 - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 5x8 Days - Start date: 09/07/2026 - Setting: Short-term acute care — travel assignment Responsibilities - Deliver professional nursing care using the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for wound care patients. - Collaborate with the wound care team and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. - Prioritize nursing actions and implement physician orders accurately within defined time frames. - Document patient care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner EMR) with accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor wounds, perform dressing changes, and administer wound care treatments per orders while monitoring for signs of infection or complications. - Maintain patient safety and adherence to infection prevention protocols in a fast-paced environment.
