Could you be the full-time TW Project Technical Manager in Serbia , Belgrade we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates. You'll play a crucial role in managing the technical contractual scope of the Trackwork (TW) sub-system for projects, ensuring delivery aligned with quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Earthing & Bonding, Civil Works, and Track embankment profiles), lead the technical scope of the TW solution, and manage the project engineering team’s activities, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements, but also oversee project design reviews and technical risk mitigation strategies. We’ll look to you for: Managing the technical contractual scope of the TW sub-system on the project Ensuring customer acceptance of the project’s TW solution Identifying and mitigating technical risks Validating technical design choices with peers and Solution Directors Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project requirements Providing technical documents for procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning Leading and coordinating the project engineering team Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments Supporting warranty activities and resolving technical issues post-deployment All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
