The NCS People Strategy & Experience Team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join us as we shape the future of work. You’ll work closely with our Programme Leads on initiatives designed to enhance people experiences and drive our people-centric goals. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable exposure and develop practical skills across a broad range of impactful areas – including People Experience, Global Mobility, Mentorship, Career Progression, Employee Engagement and more. What You’ll Do: As our intern, you will play an active role in supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, gaining exposure to areas such as: People Experience & Events: Support the design and execution of PX initiatives and events such as 7.7 Homecoming, Heroes Award, festive celebrations that enhance people experience, foster connection and build a vibrant workplace culture. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with people partners, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth programme execution. Content Creation & Communication: Craft inspiring and informative internal communications for employee community platforms, knowledge hubs and initiatives that boost programme awareness. Market research & Data Analysis: Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to uncover insights that will help drive the evolution of our people programmes. Programme Evaluation: Track and report on programme progress to support continuous improvements, process optimisation and strategy refinement. Vendor Partnerships: Coordinate with external vendors to manage logistics and ensure high quality service delivery across programmes to our people. Onboarding & Assignment Support: Facilitate employee lifecycle processes to enrich the experience of new hires and global assignees.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop). Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is a change in business requirements and scope of work.
