Qualifications Has experience in handling the bookkeeping and tax return preparation tasks.Strong Skills in handling bookkeeping tasks for clients.Email managementClient relationship managementBilling collections and Financial reconciliationBS Accountancy Graduate is required.An accounting or tax background is preferableExhibits familiarity with specific needs and dedication to each client.Prioritizes secure data handling, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding clients' financial information through secure login procedures, data encryption, and audit controls.Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools or unique client situations that may arise, ensuring accurate and responsive service.Maintains high standards of oversight and quality control, allowing for review and approval of all work before it is finalized and shared with clientsFamiliarity with US Tax compliance is a plusInsight and Rhythm ManagementWeekly pulse scan: schedule, inbox, bottlenecks. 15-min Friday alignment call.
