UX Design Lead — Fintech

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UX Design Lead in the Fintech sector. The UX Design Lead will be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions, facilitating design thinking workshops, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and refining user experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves driving innovation in design processes to enhance user interaction and satisfaction with Nexo’s financial product offerings. Qualifications Expertise in Design Thinking and leadership skills to facilitate design workshops and innovative solution ideation Strong Visual Design and User Experience Design (UED) capabilities with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability Proven ability in User Research, including gathering user insights and translating findings into actionable design improvements Proficiency in Prototyping to bring design concepts to life and iteratively test and refine solutions Excellent communication skills to effectively work in a remote and collaborative team environment Experience with Fintech platforms or products is a strong advantage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is preferred
