Our amazing team at Mosaic is looking for a Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our Peace River Veterinary Services team in Peace River, Alberta, on a full-time, basis. The Ideal Candidate As our ideal candidate you have a passion for: Working in a mixed animal practice. Our team members have a love of working with multiple species of animals; Ensuring high quality customer service to our clients, and supporting the operations as required in areas of scheduling and managing their invoicing and computer records; Supporting others, such as the clinic manager, veterinarians and veterinary technologists with daily treatments and care of patients; Cleaning and maintaining instruments and equipment and complete inventory tasks as needed; Animal handling and husbandry; Setting up for medical procedures and surgeries. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications The ability to lift 35+ pounds without assistance; Completion of a high-school diploma Demonstrated and accurate computer skills Preference given to those with previous industry experience What do we offer?
