As a VIP Account Manager, working from our premises in Sao Paolo, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.Responsibilities ● Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.● Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.● Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.● Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer. experience.● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.Requirements ● Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.● Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.● Understanding of CRM tools.● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.● Fluency in English.
