Here at GXO, we’re recruiting Warehouse First Line Managers across a variety of shifts to support our Nutmeg operation in Leeds . This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced warehouse leaders who are passionate about safety, operational excellence, and team development. You'll play a key role in delivering productivity, quality, and service targets while creating a positive and engaging culture for your teams. Working closely with operational leadership, you'll be responsible for leading frontline colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded every day. These are full time, permanent positions: Sunday to Thursday fixed nights 22:00 to 06:00 Tuesday to Saturday rotating shift pattern 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 Friday to Monday rotating shift pattern 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs and service targets Drive a strong health & safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with safe systems of work Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meet customer requirements Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity, taking appropriate action where required S upport continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects across the site What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain leadership role S trong people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A proactive approach to driving performance and meeting operational objectives Commitment to delivering high standards of safety, quality and customer service We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
