Job Details: Job Reference: HCC625235 Salary Range: £25,615 - £25,958 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary for Term-time only £22,472 - £23,072 per annum) Work Location: Bar End, Winchester Hours per week: 37 Contract Type: 1 x Permanent or 1 x Term-time only (40 weeks per annum) Closing Date: 22 October 2026 The Role: Join our county supplies team as a Warehouse Operative and play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This hands-on role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including stock replenishment, goods receipt, inventory management, and order fulfilment. We're looking for reliable and proactive individuals who enjoy a hands-on role and take pride in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. What you’ll do: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time. Receive, store, and replenish stock as required. Record stock movements and complete stock checks. Identify and report stock or order discrepancies. Help to maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment. What we’re looking for: A reliable team player who can work effectively both independently and with others. Able to carry out a range of hands-on warehouse duties, including regular manual handling tasks. Confident using computer systems and able to complete routine administration tasks.
