Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide. ㅤ Your New Role Assistant Manager, Warehouseとして、複数拠点における倉庫運営全般を管理し、配送管理、在庫最適化、人員計画、および物流オペレーションの円滑な実行を推進していただきます。本ポジションは、倉庫運営の生産性向上を支えるとともに、物流・サプライチェーン戦略の立案および実行をサポートする重要な役割です。また、業界のベストプラクティスや新しいテクノロジーを活用しながら、継続的な業務改善を推進していただきます。 Your role Accountability 入庫、出庫、 Amazon 向け配送を含む倉庫配送業務の管理および最適化 高い生産性を実現するためのオペレーション管理および要員計画の策定・実行 社内外の倉庫における在庫および保管スペースの効率的な管理 Retail Operations、 Procurement 、 Health & Safety などの社内部門および外部パートナーと連携し、物流計画を円滑に実行 Manager, Warehouseと連携し、物流戦略の策定およびプロジェクトの推進をサポート 導入した施策や戦略の効果を評価し、必要に応じて改善・調整を実施 倉庫・物流・サプライチェーン分野における最新の業界動向やテクノロジーを把握し、業務改善に活用 Qualifications & Experience Must 倉庫管理、物流オペレーション、またはサプライチェーンマネジメント領域における豊富な実務経験 （ 5-7 年以上） 多数の SKU を取り扱う倉庫における在庫管理、および複数店舗への商品配送・出荷管理・予算管理の経験 データ分析に基づき課題を特定し、物流・倉庫運営に関する改善施策や中長期的な計画を立案・実行した経験 国内外のステークホルダーと連携し、合意形成や調整を行える高い日本語コミュニケーション力、および海外関係者とメール・チャットでやり取りできるレベルの英語力 Nice to have 小売や観光・レジャー・エンターテインメント関連業界での物流・倉庫運営経験 SAPや倉庫管理システム（ WMS ）の利用経験 英語での会議参加や簡単なディスカッションが可能な方 About Skydance Skydance is a next-generation global media and entertainment company, comprised of three business segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and TV Media.
