Weekend Registered Nurse – Hospice   Pay:$75,000 – $85,000 per year  Job Type: Part-time | Field-based  Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  Make Every Moment Matter  At Moments Hospice, we believe every patient deserves comfort, dignity, and compassionate care in the final chapter of life. As a weekend registered nurse, you will be the trusted clinical lead for your patients and their families. You'll manage symptoms, coordinate care, and give families the support and guidance they need during one of life's most meaningful transitions.  You'll work in a supportive setting with clear expectations, reasonable caseloads so you're never on your own. Responsibilities: Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs Develop, implement, and update individualized plan of care in partnership with patients and families Provide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom management, medication administration, and comfort measures Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression, symptom management, medications, and what to expect at end of life Coordinate care across your caseload and serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the care team Participate in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings to ensure comprehensive, holistic care Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work in Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care A compassionate, patient- and family-centered approach Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance Join Our Team  If you're ready to do meaningful work with a team that supports you, we'd love to hear from you.
