This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in banking operations, payment operations, card scheme processes, risk control, and process improvement in a fast-moving digital banking environment. What you’ll do and what success looks like: Card Settlement Operations : Support daily card operations, including card transaction settlement, card scheme settlement support, payment processing follow-up, exception handling, and operational issue escalation. Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud handling : Handle ad hoc card operational tasks, including card chargeback cases, customer dispute support, fraud alerts, suspicious transaction follow-up, BIN attack monitoring, and related incident handling. Reconciliation and reporting : Prepare operational reports and perform reconciliation to identify card settlement discrepancies, investigate root causes, follow up with internal and external parties, and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all campaign activities adhere to relevant banking regulations, compliance policies, and data privacy standards. This includes documenting processes and maintaining audit trails. Process Improvement : Identify practical ways to streamline processes, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and strengthen scalability. You will support enhancements that improve efficiency while reducing operational risk and maintaining strong controls. What we’re looking for: DSE, Form 7, Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in card operations. Fresh graduates may also be considered for a junior level position. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or workflow enhancement solutions, or a strong willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
