Be a part of the highly experienced team. We are looking for interns to join the kitchen teams of The Peninsula Istanbul The Lobby, Banquet and Gallada Restaurant. Key accountabilities Prepare food in line with training received. Follow recipes, food safety & hygiene guidelines, and instructions given by supervisors. Maintain food cost and keep breakage or wastage at a minimal level. Ensure consistency of food offerings and quality.Adhere to cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s policies & procedures. Only applications from students with a mandatory university internship requirement will be accepted.
