We connect only with individuals who have already expressed interest and are looking for guidance.Your RoleAs a representative, you’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting working-class families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Coordinating appointments with individuals and families who have requested benefit informationHosting virtual consultations (Zoom or phone) to walk clients through their optionsDiscussing coverage needs and helping families identify plans that fit their circumstancesMaintaining ongoing relationships through consistent communication and follow-upUsing an established training system designed to help new representatives succeedSetting and achieving personal goals, with opportunities to move into leadership as you growThis position is focused on education, service, and support — not pressure-based selling. Your purpose is to guide families and help them make informed decisions.What We’re Looking ForIdeal candidates bring:Strong verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer proficiency and comfort with online platformsMotivation, discipline, and a solid work ethicGood organizational and time-management abilitiesProfessionalism and a willingness to learnThe ability to pass a background checkExperience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required.
