Your responsibilities include:Scheduling appointments with individuals who have requested benefit detailsLeading virtual meetings (Zoom or phone) to review available coverageUnderstanding client needs and helping them match with the right plansMaintaining communication to support long-term relationshipsFollowing a proven training system designed for success, even for beginnersWorking toward personal goals, with pathways into leadership for those who want to advanceThis is not a high-pressure sales environment.
