We’re looking for a Workday Functional Developer who combines strong functional expertise with a passion for process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous learning. You will leverage your Workday knowledge to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, optimize HR processes, drive feature adoption, and ensure the platform continues to deliver value to the business. About the job Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community Responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements Responsible for Workday configurations, implement new or improved solutions and coordinate and lead activities related to project work plans Responsible for document changes accordingly and updating the respective training manuals and relevant documentation Responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity for the assigned area Partner with stakeholders to map out business processes and find the best way of implementing and optimizing these through Workday Advise and train HR Specialists, HR Operations and Managers on using Workday and sharing best practices Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and HR Operations in order to ensure alignment of the Workday Feature Adoption Roadmap for the assigned area with the business need About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent command in English (proficiency) Extensive hands-on experience with Workday ideally across all functional areas with in-depth knowledge for at least 2 modules preferably in Talent & Performance Module (Workday Certified preferred) Experience of the HRIS aspects of HR Processes such as performance review, merit cycle, onboarding processes or benefits Analytical ability to review data and see relationships and possesses strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
