We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Analyst specialized in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management to join our HR Digital Solutions Center of Expertise (CoE). In this key role, you will lead the configuration, continuous optimization, and global administration of Workday Time & Absence modules across the EAMEI and APAC regions. Working closely with Global Business Services (GBS), HR Business Partners, and Payroll teams, you will drive operational efficiency, ensure system integrity, and guarantee reliable payroll outcomes worldwide. Key Responsibilities & Core Administration Build, configure, and maintain Workday Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Calculated Fields, and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) Collaborate closely with GBS teams, Integration Engineers, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to align business requirements with Workday solutions Drive implementation, release updates, and enhancement projects across Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll integration workflows Manage complex payroll mapping configurations to ensure full compliance and seamless end-to-end payroll processing Maintain comprehensive configuration workbooks, system documentation, and functional specs reflecting real-time Workday setups Provide tier-2/3 support for HR ticket escalations, maintaining clear and timely communication with global end users Assess bi-annual Workday feature updates, evaluate market/legal changes, and drive feature adoption with business partners Lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and quality assurance for configuration enhancements Develop enablement training, user guides, and knowledge base assets to build team capability and improve self-service adoption Continuous Improvement & Innovation Proactively identify process bottlenecks and implement Workday automation to streamline time tracking, absence requests, and statutory compliance Monitor most frequent defects analysis and propose solutions Document and share knowledge with stakeholders on various features available in Workday Participate in special projects, as needed Are you a MATCH? Candidate Profile & Qualifications Work Experience & Technical Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, maintenance, and support Proven track record configuring and supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules in global corporate environments Deep expertise in Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and accrual calculations Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations Official Workday Pro or Partner Certification in Time Tracking / Absence Management is strongly preferred Project management experience Key Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Digital savvy Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly Ability to identify and recommend proactively areas for process improvement and provide efficient support to end users Manage priorities and respect deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly assertive and adept at managing relationship with stakeholders Languages Fluent professional English Additional language an asset #LI-CB1 Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
