Job description
You will help drive awareness, understanding and adoption of innovative audit solutions across KPMG by creating engaging communication campaigns and content for auditors. Communications will be delivered through various formats, including: Intranet content and campaigns; Videos and visual communications; Workshops and events; Release communications; Digital adoption materials. Your responsibilities include: Creating and executing release-driven communication (videos, guides, posts and campaigns); Translating product updates into clear and structured stories; Supporting and maintaining a consistent content flow; Managing and innovating the content calendar; Maintaining internal communication channels and pages; Engaging with auditors to understand their needs and gather feedback; Helping measure and improve communication effectiveness and adoption. You will play a key role in ensuring that innovation not only gets developed, but also gets adopted and creates value in practice.
Master's student in Marketing, Communication or a similar field (Netherlands-based); Strong writing, structuring and visual storytelling skills; Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Comfortable creating videos and digital content; You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively leverage this technology in your day-to-day work; Creative, systematic and eager to challenge the status quo; Curious about innovation, audit technology and digital transformation; Structured, organized and proactive; Able to translate complex topics into practical and engaging communication.
Gross salary of € 2.610 per month, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed working from home allowance per working day. Pension accrual without a compulsory personal contribution. 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis) and the option to buy more days or sell your vacation days. Your challenge is to turn complex innovation into clear, actionable communication that drives adoption by auditors. You will work with product owners, the Innovation Hub team and auditors to translate releases into simple stories that explain why something matters, how it impacts audit workflows, and what actions auditors should take next. You will need to combine creativity with structure: working from defined briefs, producing scalable content (videos, guides, posts), and continuously improving it based on user feedback. This means balancing speed and quality, ensuring every release is supported with consistent, practical communication that leads to measurable behavior change and usage. We are looking for a working student to work full-time (or at least 4 days a week) on our internal marketing and communication projects, ideally for a longer period (10-12 months) , but we're open to discuss that with the right candidate!
