Brief Role Description Sustainability is a key component of our corporate strategy and is becoming increasingly important due to regulatory requirements and rising societal expectations. As a working student (m/f/d) in Facility Management with a focus on Sustainability Management, you will support our team in further developing and implementing related initiatives. The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50. Possible Tasks within this Role Support the further development of the sustainability strategy and environmental management within Facility Management Contribute to energy management, particularly by analyzing energy consumption and deriving optimization measures Evaluate and prepare sustainability data (e.g., energy, CO₂, ESG KPIs) Support ESG reporting as well as presentations and reports Participate in sustainability and efficiency projects in building operations Conduct research on regulatory requirements and current sustainability trends Maintain and further develop internal data and documentation systems Support emergency management activities Qualification requirements Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field Availability for at least 6 months Analytical and structured working style Team-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken Skills Adaptability Communication Skills Conflict Management Critical Thinking Data Analysis Data Management Data Visualization Decision-making Skills Digital Collaboration Tools Problem Solving Hast Du Fragen zu einer Schwerbehinderung oder Gleichstellung?
