Workplace Engineering Intern (IT & Automation) - Final year

As a Workplace Engineering Intern, you'll design, automate, and run the internal systems Maki works on every day - from laptop provisioning and access management to the workplace processes behind them.   What you'll be working on - Building automation that removes manual work from our IT operations - provisioning, access, reporting - so they are scalable - Defining and maintaining our workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows - Deploying our macOS fleet through MDM: enrollment, role-based app sets, security baseline - patch compliance, access management, and good hygiene practices - Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, seeing them through to resolution - and turning the recurring ones into something that doesn't come back This role is for you if... - You want to contribute directly to how a fast-moving tech company runs its workplace - You take ownership of problems, follow through without being chased, and have a natural attention to detail - You want to work in a small team where your contributions are visible and your questions are genuinely welcome - You want to learn how workplace engineering works in a modern scale-up environment - from automation to the tools that power our daily work (macOS, Slack, Notion, and more) - You're looking for a real internship - one where you learn by doing, not by watching What we're looking for - You're finishing your studies in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and are looking for an end of studies internship - You have a foundational understanding of operating systems and networking - You are comfortable working in English (French is a plus) - Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar identity management tools is a plus Recruitment process 1.
