Workplace Safety & Compliance Coordinator Location: Richmond, VA Employment Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: From $70,000 annually, with higher compensation available depending on experience. Position Overview We are seeking a Workplace Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives within a manufacturing and fabrication environment. This hands-on position partners with employees and leadership to promote safe work practices, identify workplace hazards, assist with safety training, and help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires regular time on the production floor, building strong relationships with employees, and contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.
