About The Role As a Workshop Partner Lead, you will be responsible to manage and develop Workshop Partner and B2B Service operations to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, cost control, and SLA achievement, while expanding service capabilities from Medium Service to Heavy Service. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the performance and operational activities of all Workshop Partners and B2B Service operations. Ensure B2B Service and Workshop Partner TAT is consistently achieved in accordance with established SLA and service standards. Manage billing reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely claim/invoice processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Workshop Partner and B2B Service data. Analyze Workshop Partner SPK issuance and B2B Service utilization to identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiency. Monitor and control repair costs to minimize unnecessary or excessive expenses. Drive Workshop Partner network expansion and ensure spare part readiness to support Medium Service through Heavy Service. Develop Workshop Partner capabilities through training on damage assessment, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and service standards. Ensure all Workshop Partners and B2B Service operations meet the required service quality, operational standards, and SLA. Coordinate with internal teams and external Workshop Partners to resolve operational issues and improve service performance. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports and improvement recommendations to management. Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales or EV is a plus, workshop operations, B2B Service, fleet management, or Workshop Partner management. Strong understanding of vehicle repair, maintenance, and workshop operations, covering Medium Service to Heavy Service. Good understanding of B2B Service operations, including TAT/SLA monitoring, repair processes, and service quality. Ability to manage and develop Workshop Partner networks, including performance monitoring and capability improvement. Strong understanding of SPK management, billing reconciliation, cost control, and operational reporting. Understanding of spare parts planning and readiness to support Workshop Partner operations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and familiar with data analysis/reporting tools.
