The Impact You'll Make 作为IC7 Marine产品复杂技术问题的技术升级支持点（Technical Escalation Point），主导现场问题诊断、根因分析及改善措施推动，建立本地化Marine产品故障诊断与技术支持能力，持续提升产品可靠性和客户满意度。 What You’ll Be Doing 1. 产品故障诊断与问题解决 主导IC7 Marine产品复杂技术问题的调查、分析及解决； 负责控制系统、保护功能、通讯网络及系统集成相关问题的根因分析（RCA）； 运用8D、5Why、FTA等方法推动问题闭环解决； 支持重大客户投诉及质量事件的技术分析与处理。 2. 产品技术支持与持续改进 前沿技术问题跟踪，跟踪电机控制及变频器产品的技术发展方向，开展前沿技术问题预研 作为Marine产品技术升级支持点，为研发、服务、应用及测试团队提供技术支持； 支持客户现场调试、问题定位及解决方案制定； 推动现场问题向产品改进需求转化，持续提升产品可靠性和客户满意度； 参与产品验证及可靠性改进工作。 3. 跨团队协作与能力建设 与研发、服务、销售、应用及质量团队协同解决客户问题； 与海外研发团队开展技术交流、问题分析及设计评审； 建立和维护故障案例库，完善故障诊断流程及技术文档； 支持Marine产品技术能力建设和经验沉淀。 What We're Looking For 教育背景 自动化、电气工程、电力电子、控制工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 工作经验 具有复杂系统问题分析、产品调试、故障诊断或现场技术支持经验优先； 具有船舶驱动、Marine系统、大功率变频器或工业驱动产品经验者优先。 专业能力 熟悉电机控制原理及变频器控制策略； 熟悉变频器产品架构及软硬件工作原理； 熟悉嵌入式控制系统及工业通讯协议（CAN、CANopen、Modbus、Profinet等）； 具备较强的系统级问题分析、故障诊断及根因分析能力； 熟悉示波器、协议分析工具及相关测试设备使用； 了解8D、5Why、FTA等问题分析方法。 What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
