The Impact You'll Make 作为一名高级软件工程师，主要负责产品软件开发与架构设计、技术治理，提升软件可复用性与可维护性，支撑未来产品平台发展。 What You’ll Be Doing 1. 软件架构设计 a. 平台架构设计与审核： 负责变频器软件整体架构、技术选型及核心模块评审，确保架构的高可用性、可扩展性及安全性。 b. 现有平台治理与重构： 主导现有变频器软件平台的技术债务清理、模块化重构及性能优化，提升代码质量与长期维护性。 c. 负责复杂软件问题分析与攻关，支持产品开发、测试及现场问题定位，推动关键技术问题闭环解决。 2. 平台能力建设 a. 公共模块开发 参与跨产品公共软件模块设计与开发，推动驱动层、通信协议、中间件及诊断功能等软件资产复用。 b. 技术标准建设 建立并持续优化软件架构规范、设计规范、编码规范及工程实践体系，提升研发效率和软件质量。 c. 技术文档管理 负责架构设计文档、接口规范及关键技术文档的制定与维护，保障知识沉淀与经验复用。 3. 技术指导与协作 a. 技术评审 参与软件设计评审、代码评审及技术方案评审，确保软件开发质量。 b. 团队技术支持 指导中初级工程师开展软件设计与开发工作，分享架构设计经验和工程实践。 c. 跨职能协作 与系统、硬件、测试及应用团队协同工作，推动产品开发和问题解决。 What We're Looking For 学历与经验： 计算机、电气、电子、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；参与过量产产品软件架构设计或平台建设，具备跨产品软件平台开发经验者优先。 核心技术栈： 精通C/C++语言及RTOS原理，熟悉Bootloader、驱动开发及通信协议栈设计。 软件工程能力： 具备软件需求分析、架构设计、模块化开发及平台化设计能力，熟悉软件开发全流程。 其他： 熟练使用Git、Python等开发工具，掌握静态代码分析、单元测试及代码评审实践。 What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
