As our Change & Communications Lead, you'll drive engagement, readiness and adoption across innovative Age Better and Support at Home initiatives, helping people maintain independence and live better for longer. Working across a high-profile transformation portfolio, you'll partner with leaders, clinicians, operational teams and enterprise stakeholders to deliver meaningful change that improves customer outcomes and supports aged care reform. What you'll be doing: Lead the change management and communications strategy across Age Better and Support at Home initiatives. Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption plans. Partner with executives and business leaders to drive organisational readiness and alignment. Create compelling communications that inform, engage and inspire diverse audiences. Facilitate workshops, consultation forums and change activities across multiple workstreams. Monitor adoption, engagement and readiness metrics, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes. Support the successful embedding of new ways of working and sustainable business change. What we're looking for: Proven experience leading change and communications within large-scale transformation programs. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications. Experience developing change impact assessments, engagement strategies and readiness plans. A strategic thinker who enjoys balancing planning with hands-on delivery. Confidence working in complex, evolving environments and navigating ambiguity. Experience in healthcare, aged care or other regulated industries will be highly regarded. Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management certifications are desirable.
