This role leads a high-performing team responsible for providing business support, coordination and service delivery functions across the PW&S Group. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate complex and competing priorities, and contribute to the delivery of effective, customer-focused services. What you'll be doing Lead and develop a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to service excellence. Coordinate and oversee a broad range of business support, service delivery and operational activities. Build and maintain productive relationships with leaders, stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation. Deliver high-quality written communications, reports, submissions, briefing materials and business documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Prioritise competing demands and ensure critical deliverables are effectively managed and achieved. Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, processes and initiatives that support organisational objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.
