Key responsibilities include: Leading the Demand Planning team to develop and maintain a rolling 24-month forecast across all customers and product categories Driving forecast accuracy through the use of data analytics, statistical modelling, market insights and cross-functional collaboration Facilitating the weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) process to align demand, supply and operational priorities Leading and developing the Customer Service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strengthen customer partnerships Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain and implementing mitigation strategies Owning the Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) management process, driving accountability and action plans across the business Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Planning teams to support informed business decisions Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential About You You are a collaborative people leader who enjoys turning data into meaningful business outcomes. You can confidently influence stakeholders, lead change and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment. To be successful, you'll bring: Proven experience in Demand Planning within FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar fast-moving environment Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar planning frameworks Strong systems capability, ideally including SAP, Blue Yonder/BlueShift or comparable planning platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering results How to Apply If you're ready to lead a critical supply chain function and make a meaningful impact across our business, we'd love to hear from you.
