Analyst, E-Commerce

As we continue to invest in our digital ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an analytical, commercially minded and customer-focused Analyst, e-Commerce to join our growing Digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of business, technology and customer experience. You'll work closely with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements across our eCommerce, digital and dealer platforms while also supporting the ongoing performance, stability and evolution of the broader platform ecosystem to enable better user experiences and stronger business outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories Partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver digital enhancements and platform improvements Managing testing activities including UAT and SIT to ensure high-quality outcomes Coordinating release cycles and helping prioritise digital roadmaps Supporting dealers and internal teams by resolving platform issues and implementing process improvements Monitoring platform performance and championing exceptional customer experiences Working across multiple departments including Marketing, IT, Finance, Retail Systems and Sales to deliver impactful digital solutions About You We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will bring: Experience working within eCommerce, business analysis or product-focused roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and modern CMS platforms A qualification in Digital, Commerce, IT or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
