As a Analyst Marketing Innovation for APAC, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Hershey's innovation strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the APAC Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help develop and commercialize consumer-led innovations that strengthen core brands, expand market penetration, and drive sustainable business growth. You will manage innovation projects from concept through launch, leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and strong project management discipline to bring impactful innovations to life across APAC markets. What will you do? Lead and coordinate innovation projects through the Stage-Gate process, ensuring alignment across all project workstreams and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and launch readiness. Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and Gate materials to leadership and cross-functional teams. Maintain project documentation and administration within Accolade and other project management systems. Partner with R&D, Packaging, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and external agencies to develop commercially viable innovation solutions. Translate consumer, market, and category insights into actionable innovation opportunities and project briefs. Support the development of consumer-led innovation concepts that address barriers to trial and accelerate brand growth. Create and maintain innovation toolkits, approved assets, packaging guidance, and communication materials to support execution across APAC markets. Analyze business, consumer, customer, category, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and innovation priorities. Develop data-driven recommendations that support profitable growth, innovation pipeline development, and commercialization success. Minimum Requirements Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Innovation, Product Development, Project Management, or a related commercial function, preferably within an FMCG environment. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within challenging timelines. Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and markets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer, market, and business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, commercialization processes, and innovation development frameworks. Familiarity with syndicated market research tools such as Nielsen or IRI is preferred. Basic understanding of commercial and financial metrics, including project P&L considerations, revenue drivers, and profitability. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
