ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for managing Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance, Administration and Management Systems to support business objectives and ensure a positive workplace culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Industrial Relations & Employee Relations Maintain harmonious industrial relations. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive employee engagement and welfare activities. Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports. Track manpower, attrition, absenteeism and training metrics. Administration Management Manage security, canteen, housekeeping, visitor management and stationery. Coordinate facility and vendor management. Compliance & Audits Maintain IATF, ISO and OHSAS records. Coordinate internal and external audits and closure of observations. Legal & Statutory Compliance Respond to government and legal correspondence. Maintain statutory records and ensure labor law compliance. KEY COMPETENCIES - Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, Employee Engagement, HR MIS, Audit Coordination, Administration Management, Leadership and Communication Skills. JOB REQUIREMENTS Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, Employee Engagement, HR MIS, Audit Coordination, Administration Management, Leadership and Communication Skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MSW is mandatory. MBA (HR) preferred. 8-12 years of relevant HR & Administration experience in a manufacturing environment. We don’t want average. We want exceptional.
