Business Development Manager - Corporate & MICE at InterContinental Fujairah Resort

As a Business Development Manager – Corporate & MICE, you will lead the development and management of the assigned portfolio, driving new business, strengthening existing accounts, and converting MICE and group opportunities. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, Operations, Finance, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless account management and operational delivery. You will provide market intelligence and customer insights while maximizing revenue, occupancy, and business opportunities in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy.
