Capacity Sourcing (Operations) Summer Intern

About the role Axle Logistics of Knoxville, TN, is looking to hire highly motivated individuals for our 2027 Summer Internship Program . As an Operations Intern , you will be responsible for coordinating all processes and functions of shipment planning and freight movement. You will be helping our customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions, as well as providing visibility to management and clients in the form of tracking & tracing, auditing, researching, and troubleshooting all operational issues. This is not an Analytics role ; this is a role where you will be speaking directly to contracted carriers.
