As a Banqueting Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence, professionalism and genuine hospitality. Your day to day Deliver professional, friendly and attentive service to guests across a variety of events and functions. Assist with the setup, service and breakdown of banqueting events, ensuring all spaces are prepared to the required standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest care. Work closely with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and successfully. Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in creating a positive and memorable experience. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and professionalism across all event areas. Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures at all times. Supporting our wider Food & Beverage operation While primarily based in Banqueting, team members may also have opportunities to support other Food & Beverage outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This provides valuable exposure to a variety of service styles, guest experiences and luxury hospitality environments, helping you develop your skills within one of London's most prestigious hotels. What we’re looking for A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end and discerning international clientele. Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment. One to two years of experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, F&B, or high-end guest service environment is highly desirable.
