Change Analyst

In this role, you'll: Conduct change discovery and current state analysis to understand the operating environment and identify people, process and system challenges affecting business performance. This role will see you facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, duplication, risks and constraints, while assessing the impacts of maintaining the current state. You will document change drivers and improvement opportunities, develop change assessment reports and discovery findings, and apply recognised methodologies, including ADKAR and Prosci, to analyse change impacts. Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts and subject matter experts, you will build a holistic view of current operations and present evidence based findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. About you You bring demonstrated experience conducting discovery, diagnostic and current state analysis within complex organisational environments, with the ability to identify business risks, operational challenges, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
