Senior OT Systems Assurance Engineer

In this role, you'll: Play a critical role in the delivery of Operational Technology (OT) and telecommunications solutions across major rail and public transport infrastructure projects. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide technical leadership, engineering assurance and specialist advice to ensure solutions are safe, compliant, integrated and aligned with operational and customer requirements. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from design development and technical assurance through to implementation, risk management and stakeholder engagement There are 2 roles available 1x Permanent and 1x Fixed Term Full Time (ending 31/12/27) For more information about the position and buisiness unit, please view the role description and information pack . About you You are an experienced Operational Technology (OT) and/or telecommunications engineering professional with a proven track record delivering technical outcomes within complex rail, transport or critical infrastructure environments. You have strong expertise in systems engineering, technical assurance, design review, risk management and the integration of OT and telecommunications solutions, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant engineering, safety and assurance standards. You are confident working across multidisciplinary project teams, providing authoritative technical advice, resolving complex engineering challenges and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve safe, practical and commercially sound outcomes. Your ability to balance competing priorities, influence decision-making and maintain a focus on quality, safety and project delivery will be key to your success in this role.
