POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Management Consultant partners with functional HR teams across Nestlé+ (including Nestlé USA, Nespresso, Nestlé Health Science, and R&D) to execute talent and performance management strategy, enabling data-driven decisions that strengthen organizational capability and advance talent priorities across the organization. This role is responsible for executing the Top Talent strategy, managing the annual People Development & Performance process, supporting succession planning and key talent development activities, and leading strategic talent initiatives in partnership with the Global Talent organization. It also serves as the primary Talent and Performance Management (TPM) partner for Nestlé+ stakeholder groups, supporting talent development processes, internal mobility, and succession planning. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical expertise and consultative partnership. The individual must be comfortable navigating talent systems, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations, while partnering with HR teams to facilitate talent discussions and strengthen leadership and succession outcomes. Preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Management Partner with HRBPs to execute the annual People Development & Performance (PDP) process, including goal setting, performance discussions, and ongoing feedback practices Provide Nestlé+ level support for core Performance Management activities Talent and Succession Management Manage Top Talent programming and associated talent review/development activities Partner with HRBPs to assess current workforce capabilities, identify future talent needs, and develop actions to reskill workforce/address capability gaps Leverage talent data and insights to inform succession planning, talent reviews, and development recommendations Consult with Employee Experience COC, People Analytics and DE&I counterparts to align talent solutions with business and functional needs Provide Nestlé+ level support for core talent and succession management activities Process Management & Training Develop and facilitate key training to support the core global talent management process and capability building for HR teams Support the development of key talent management process communications to ensure leadership and HR stakeholders know critical deadlines and milestones, training plans and key meetings Maintain and enhance Talent Management tools and systems, including SuccessFactors, reporting, forecasting, workforce analytics, and dashboards Analyze talent data and prepare reports and insights to support talent discussions and decision-making Other assigned duties and projects REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related field. Experience should include a combination of HR Generalist/Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR operations and systems, or change leadership experience. Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, and influencing people and talent decisions across multiple organizational levels Strong project and change management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously Ability to build trust, credibility, and gain buy-in at all levels Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Excel, Power BI) preferred Travel required: up to 15% SKILLS: Strong relationship-building, consulting, and influencing/negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization Exceptional facilitation and training design skills with expertise in performance management, change management, conflict management, and strong business acumen Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and workforce analytics tools preferred Salary: $122,142.42 to $172,941.60 per year Bonus Eligibility: Yes The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
